Yellowbird × Cinder Ceramics

Yellowbird Enterprises has partnered with Cinder Ceramics — a talented ceramics studio where you can commission bespoke, handcrafted pieces made to meet your exact needs. Together, we're in the planning stages of a range of commissioned adaptive ceramic pieces designed specifically for people with disability.

Adaptive ceramics considers grip, weight, texture, and form — creating functional, beautiful pieces that work for the individual. Whether it's a mug designed for one-handed use, a bowl suited to tremor, or cutlery rests for motor support, the potential to merge art with accessibility is something we're genuinely excited about.

Commission a piece

Cinder Ceramics takes commissions — so if you have a specific functional need in mind, a bespoke piece can be created for you. Contact Yellowbird or Cinder Ceramics directly to discuss your requirements.
